Responsibilities Include:
Fulfilling the professional responsibilities of a teacher, as outlined in the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions document (STPCD)
Providing leadership and management of the ICT curriculum, delivering top-notch teaching, and utilising resources effectively
Elevating learning standards and achievement for all pupils while serving as a classroom teacher
Contributing to whole-subject self-evaluation and improvement planning
Mentoring and developing staff within the subject, offering guidance and support
Setting high expectations for students in Y7 & 8 and inspiring staff and students alike to reach and maintain high standards
Leading by example through personal classroom practice and demonstrating strategies for improved pupil performance
Collaborating with parents and the community to keep them informed and involved in pupils’ learning
