Salary - WPT Band 4 £24294 - £25979 (£22331 - £23880 pro-rata)

Hours - 37, Term time plus 2 weeks + all Inset days

Contract Type - Permanent

Are you a dynamic digital whizz with a passion for social media, marketing, and creative content? Join our innovative Marketing & Communications team at the heart of the Trust and play a key role in shaping our online presence!

Responsibilities Include

Contribute to the building, developing and maintaining of the Trust’s social media platforms, including Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, and the Trust’s portfolio of websites, ensuring that they are compelling, engaging, compliant with government guidelines, and in line with the Trust’s Marketing & Communications Strategy

  • Undertake a wide range of complex tasks to support technical and functional requirements of Trust websites from small-scale updates to supporting new technology implementation

  • Contribute to the implementation of digital activity, continuously researching new ways to raise the digital profile of the Trust to support the Marketing and Communications Strategy

  • Monitor the Trust’s social media channels, interacting with all stakeholders

  • Analyse key metrics of the Trust’s social media channels and websites to further inform digital strategy

  • Contribute to the maintenance and development of content management systems including testing of new and existing functionality

  • Assist the Marketing and Communications team in creating engaging content and effectively marketing the Trust’s social media, recruitment, communications, market research and public relations projects and activities

  • Monitor and manage stock within an agreed budget, cataloguing resources and undertaking audits as required ensuring availability of resources to colleagues

  • Undertake unassisted photo assignments and ensure the Trust’s photo library is up to date and compliant with GDPR regulation and the Trust’s vision and value

  • As part of the Trust’s Community Engagement strategy, create high-quality, engaging and effective video projects including short-form social media video and promotional video

  • Be a first point of contact for website issues/support, supporting the training of others on content management systems
