We are seeking a driven and organised Executive Site Manager to join our team, supporting the Senior Manager – Premises and Compliance. You will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations across our academy sites, ensuring all premises are safe, well-maintained, and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Assist in the daily management of caretaking teams and site support, overseeing the maintenance and repair of academy buildings, and ensuring compliance with the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA).
Monitor and implement Health & Safety regulations, managing risk assessments, fire safety protocols, and emergency procedures. You’ll ensure regular inspections, maintenance, and testing are carried out, keeping detailed records to meet all legal requirements.
Provide guidance to site and cleaning teams across all academy locations, contributing to their training, performance management, and operational success.
Assist in tender writing, obtaining quotes, and ensuring best value for projects. You will also oversee contractor compliance with DBS and HSE laws, ensuring all work is completed safely and on time.
Contribute to the development and implementation of policies around Health & Safety, security, and energy conservation, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and effectively applied across all sites.
Monitor spend within allocated budgets, ordering necessary supplies and materials while ensuring cost efficiency.
Collaborate on the development and execution of premises improvement and refurbishment plans, working closely with site teams to enhance the academy environments.
