Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, security, and smooth operation of our vibrant primary school? We're seeking a proactive and dedicated Site Manager to join our dynamic team and play a crucial part in creating a positive learning environment for our students and staff.
As our Site Manager, you'll be at the heart of our school community, responsible for maintaining the security of our site, conducting regular risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations. You'll be the first point of contact for any emergency call-outs, demonstrating your readiness to handle any situation with confidence and efficiency. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for the smooth operation of our building systems, keeping a keen eye on maintenance schedules and ensuring all records are accurately maintained for inspection purposes.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Ensure security and safety of the site at all times
Conduct regular risk assessments and maintain Health and Safety standards
Contribute to maintenance planning and carry out minor repairs
Coordinate with maintenance contractors and oversee work quality
Operate and monitor building systems
Maintain accurate records and undertake general portage duties
Manage school lettings and oversee cleaning team operations
