CONTRACT: Permanent

HOURS:37 per week, term time only plus all inset days

Are you a highly organised individual with a creative flair? We are looking for a versatile Media Admin to join our central team, blending administrative precision with creative support to ensure our Trust’s communication is both compliant and captivating.

About WPT

At Wickersley Partnership Trust (WPT), we are fueled by a single commitment: 'We never knowingly do less for other people’s children than we would for our own.' As a thriving network of schools across South Yorkshire, we combine high expectations with embedded inclusivity. We do not work in silos; instead, we rely on deep collaboration and school-to-school support to ensure every student develops socially, emotionally, and academically to achieve the highest standards.

About the Role

This is a unique and varied role that sits at the intersection of administration and marketing. As Media Admin, you will provide the essential structure behind the scenes, managing the creation and distribution of vital Trust documentation and policies. However, you will also step out from behind the desk to support the Media Team with the fun stuff—assisting with photography and videography for social media and helping to plan and run Trust-wide events. If you are tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and looking to get involved in our Marketing Strategy, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

  • Create and distribute Trust documentation, including reports, policies, and other key documents, ensuring high standards of presentation and accuracy.

  • Provide administrative support using a variety of ICT packages (including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus Google Docs and Sheets) and office equipment.

  • Update records, logs, and checks to ensure the Trust’s documentation function remains up-to-date and fully compliant.

  • Provide accurate and meaningful information to a range of stakeholders, including school and central staff.

  • Support the planning and implementation of Trust and school events, ensuring they run smoothly and professionally.

  • Assist with photography and videography to capture content for our social media channels.

  • Support the Media Team in achieving its Marketing Implementation Strategy.

The successful candidate must hold an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g. Business Admin, Marketing, Media Studies)

Why Join Us?

  • Competitive salary

  • Generous Local Government (support staff) and Teacher Pension Schemes

  • Health and Wellbeing, including a Westfield Health subscription

  • Professional Growth and Development

***Closing Date: Noon, Sunday 4th January 2026***
