Job Title: Primary Teacher + Reading Subject Specialist

Salary:  MPS/UPS + TLR 2B

Hours: 32.5

Location: Thrybergh Primary

To commence: As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities Include: 

  • Planning and delivering high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge students, catering to their individual needs and interests to ensure meaningful learning experiences for all.

  • Creating a vibrant and inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity, collaboration, and critical thinking, fostering a love for learning among your students.

  • Assessing student progress and achievement regularly, using a variety of methods to provide constructive feedback and support their ongoing development.

  • Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to create a holistic approach to education, ensuring the wellbeing and success of every child.

  • Implementing the school's curriculum effectively, incorporating innovative teaching methods and resources to engage students and meet learning objectives.

  • Reflecting on your teaching practice and continuously seeking opportunities for professional growth and development, staying informed about best practices in education.
