About WPT
At Wickersley Partnership Trust (WPT), we are fueled by a single commitment: 'We never do less for other people’s children than we would for our own.' As a thriving network of schools across South Yorkshire, we combine high expectations with embedded inclusivity. Safer Recruitment & Onboarding: Work with the Recruitment Team and Safeguarding Manager to maintain the Single Central Record (SCR), ensuring all pre-employment checks, references, and DBS clearances are completed with 100% accuracy.
Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and engaging experience that promotes the Trust as an Employer of Choice.
Flexible Working: Manage and respond to flexible working requests in accordance with the Trust’s policy, attend consultation meetings, and liaise with Line Managers to ensure best practice is followed.
