Are you a highly organised, people-focused individual looking to make a real difference in a school community? We are excited to offer the opportunity for a motivated and dedicated Attendance Officer to join our team, providing essential support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor & Track Attendance: You’ll monitor student attendance, identify patterns of absence, and work proactively to address any concerns.
Support Students & Families: Build strong relationships with pupils and parents, providing guidance and support to improve attendance.
Collaborate with Staff: Work closely with teachers, pastoral teams, and leadership to create a supportive environment that encourages punctuality and regular attendance.
Data Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed reports on attendance trends and help school leaders make informed decisions. Your eye for detail will ensure we stay on top of all attendance matters.
Engage with External Agencies: Liaise with local authorities, educational welfare services, and other external organisations to ensure the well-being of our students.
Data Management & Reporting: You will be responsible for maintaining complex systems, updating databases, and producing detailed management reports to support key decision-making processes.
Stock & Resource Management: Ensure your colleagues are well-equipped by managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining essential office resources.
